[C320-list] Water system issue

After the winter I tried to flush the system turned the water pressure on the panel didn't hear anything about 30 seconds later the breaker popped. 

My thinking is the pump is seized?

I can't find the pump any info would be helpful on both the cause of the problem and the location of the pump.
