Your water pump should be under the aft cabin access panel under the mattress on the port side. Check the in line filter to make sure it is not clogged . If it is a vaccum break, try removing a hose from the discharge side to re prime.

After the winter I tried to flush the system turned the water pressure on the panel didn't hear anything about 30 seconds later the breaker popped. 

My thinking is the pump is seized? 

I can't find the pump any info would be helpful on both the cause of the problem and the location of the pump.
