[C320-list] lifting points

Generally the preferred lifting points on a sailboat are just infront of the
and behind the keel as close to where the forward bulkhead and
the companionway bridgedeck are as is feasable. These are going to be the
stiffest points to resist the compression on the hull from the slings. If a
sling operator doesn't know where to set the slings, I'm not sure that I
want them lifitng my boat and I'm not real keen on shifting liability for
damage to me by marking my boat either.
