[C320-list] lifting points

I always have the lift operator put the slings at the forward bulkhead and
at the aft bulkhead (companionway). These are the strong points of the boat
and are well clear of the shaft etc.

On #851 there are markers for sling lift points.

I have no idea who put them on the boat.

By my memory they seem to have been placed similar to the drawing Karl
referenced
