Those are security screws, designed to foil only the most ignorant of
thieves. They used to be hard to come by; but, the hex tool can now be
purchased for these at most hardware stores. If you have a Harbor Freight
nearby or can wait for online order, they have them most inexpensively.

some sort of hex head with a post in the center of the hex opening. Anyone
know what type / brand / common name these fastners go by so I can order the
