Bob,

It may be a simple as the water pump not being properly primed. 

Shut off the breaker on the panel for the water pressure then open the cold
and hot to let any air escape. Also remove the aerator screen on the
faucet--close cold and hot and the try it.....Good luck...

While washing dishes in the galley sink, the water pump didn't shut off
after the faucets were shut off.  There is plenty of water in both tanks, so
that's not the problem.  We just bought this boat, and I thought it best to
check in with this group before I do anything.  Any ideas?
