[C320-list] Fuel Filter

Joe:
I went through this when replacing my primary Racor filter/water
separator. If you replace either filter and the engine won't start,
you need to bleed air (which got in when you removed the old filter)
from the system. Since you've already replaced the secondary filter
(located at the engine), you may as well replace the Racor filter.
The 'black' fuel in the clear plastic bowl (water separator) might be
indicative of algae or other contaminants in your fuel, but I'm not
sure. Again I credit Jeff Hares about bleeding air out of the system.
