[C320-list] Head sail track and cars

Leading the jack lines over the top of the Dodger sounds like it would add
considerable slack.  Could you elaborate a bit more.  Do the jack lines
attach at a mid point or just at bow and the pad eye?  Are they strung tight
or layed loose?
