Joe,
I have used Rick and he is an old friend.  In a previous life I worked for a few boat building companies, where Rick and I worked.   He has 30+ years in the business with a long history of surveying.
The HMS Bounty was an old tourist attraction, where we first met.  Kind of an inside joke.
