[C320-list] Trim Ballast

If you are not the original owner, I would guess that the prior owner had the boat equiped or loaded such that the ingots were needed to offset a list. 
In 1991, Catalina provided our dealer with such ingots to offset a list in our Catalina Capri 26 hull #1.

Hello, 



On trim ballast in 2001 C320. 

There are 5 metal ingots glued with caulk on the starboard side behind the seat back, and 3 ingots in the stern starboard side. When the boat sits in the water, it leans noticeably to starboard. What was the thinking behind this and has anyone else had this problem? What is the best way to remove the ballast? It is in there fairly snug.
