[C320-list] Help, Please with this questions: What is the minimum generator wattagenecessary to efficiently run my 30 AMP onboard charger?

Either generator will easily cope with the ~360w load of the charger.  The
questions to ask are:

How strong is my back?

Do I want to heat the hot water when the charger is running?  If so, what's
the wattage of the hot water heater?
