Allan,
Just realized that the length of the halyard holding the lower ball
determined that the mast height would clear when the ball hit the water.
The question is, how did they get the balls to be over the starboard side to
get the boat to start to heel?
Wonder how to calculate the weight of the balls needed to get the desired
heel?
