[C320-list] Back Stay Adjuster and Headstay toggle

Chris-Yeager's advice on 320 rig tuning was in the May 2004 Mainsheet.  It 
was also posted by Karl in the 320 Int site.  Log in and search for Yeager. 
I found it on my first try.
