Chris,

I did write this up and I thought it was already put into a MS article.
However, if it wasn't, I can send you the write up. One other point on
'performance' of tightening up the forestay via the Backstay Adjuster--In
high winds a tight forestay forces the jib to be flatter and therefore you
will enjoy less heel. Less heel means a faster boat, but also a more
comfortable ride....
