Have not changed the line yet as I'm in analysis paralysis on this problem.
What is there, works.  I would just rather have a cam cleat.  More analysis
required.

I have to admit that I am still looking at reconfiguring the clam.  A wedge
and a different angle looks like it would help a lot.
