[C320-list] eliminating odor

Wow, this looks like the 600 pound gorilla in the locker no one was talking
about is finally being discussed.

We had the same problem start at about 5 years.  Replaced the large in and
out hoses with impermeable hoses while it was layed up in the Winter.  The
boat sat until Spring and the odor was gone.  Starting to notice a trace of
odor in the head recently though.  Probable time to change the vent hose
now.  We also leave the head hatch "cracked" open.
