[C320-list] Keel Bolts Torque

Pat Tyler lists it at 105 ft lbs from when his dealer did the deed.  Jeff
Church says his Catalina tech that knows his stuff said it was 250 ft lbs.
The Association wrench goes to 250.

Quote from Allen Fields "Warren - The proper *torque* for the *keel* bolts
is 235 foot pounds.  The boat
must be out of the water with at least 70% of its weight supported by the
*keel*.  The Association has the *torque* wrench, socket and extension bars
as
part of the loaner program."
