[C320-list] packing gland

I just used it last weekend.  Probably the first time it was changed on hull 500.  Hard to get out the old but the new went in easily.  Didn't know where to find the Gore material around here.

Anyone have experience with the putty like teflon packing material sold by West 
Marine and others. Seems like an easy way to go-almost too easy.
