[C320-list] packing gland

Installed the material last year and generally it works as advertised.  It
took several attempts at packing the gland to get enough fill and still have
room for the front and back packing rings.  Requires periodic tightening to
control drip frequency, but the gland is not hot to the touch after use and
a minimum of water collects.   Pat, 801
