[C320-list] Lazy Jack vs. Dutchman

I have a Dutchman system on my C-320. We are getting new sails and  I wanted
to get a discussion started about the advantages of a lazy jack, over the
Dutchman system (other than no holes in the sail). Have heard that lazy jack
might be a better solution.
