[C320-list] insulating engine compartment

color me a NON techie, but I cannot for the life of me navigate our  
website!!
 
I found a photo from jeff Hare; but it dosen't give any dimensions - HOW  
THICK IS THE INSULATION??
 
also found 1 with styrofoam !  yikes!  don't want that.
 
May just "wing it" and spray the glue on???  
 
anyone else out there care to comment??  thanks,  Windy City,  #948.
