[C320-list] refrigerator question

It looks like I'm going to be replacing the refrigerator in hull #500, and
am considering going with the CU-200 (rather than the standard CU-100) and
possibly a larger evaporator, although the standard evaporator appears to
have plenty of capacity.  Has anyone done this?  Is there any reason not to
do it other than the increased power consumption?
