[C320-list] Bottom Job

My brother faced the "bottom job" last year.  He sails the San Juans each
summer and hauls out over the winter.  He went with the Vivid product and
plans to only paint when it wears off.  Should be a minimum of prep and no
build up over time.  Good plan if it works.
