Flix and the headlight cleaners will remove yellowing and minor scratches when 
used with a micorfiber or buffer. Practical Sailor had an article on plastic 
cleaners and polish recently-I didn's save it however.

Buy a bottle of Meguiar's® Plastx® Plastic Cleaner & Polish (G12310)

On a mildly warm day, wash your panels with mild soapy water and a
soft clean cloth or sponge, rinse liberally with clean water, apply
the polish with a clean micro fiber cloth and then buff with another.
This will last all season if you rinse regularly with clean water and
dry with a chamoise.
