I have used a product called Plexus ...
Wash the major dirt and spray off with a mild detergent (to remove the
abrasive grime), then use Plexus with a microfiber cloth (no paper
towels!).
This product is also good on Plexiglas windows (like hatches and
airplanes).

Flix and the headlight cleaners will remove yellowing and minor
scratches when used with a micorfiber or buffer. Practical Sailor had an
article on plastic cleaners and polish recently-I didn's save it
however.

Buy a bottle of Meguiar's(r) Plastx(r) Plastic Cleaner & Polish (G12310)

On a mildly warm day, wash your panels with mild soapy water and a soft
clean cloth or sponge, rinse liberally with clean water, apply the
polish with a clean micro fiber cloth and then buff with another.
This will last all season if you rinse regularly with clean water and
dry with a chamoise.
