[C320-list] clevis pins on mast step

Are the turning blocks that are attached to the clevis pins supposed to have full rotation? Seems like mine are firmly in place......if they are designed to rotate, best way to to free them up? Thanks for all the great advice!

This may be an OK temporary fix if you already have the stuff, but the total 
repair time is far less with hatch tape. No cure time with the tape.

Also the life caulk will run about $10 and the tape is probably $25-30.  I'd opt 
for the perm fix here given how easy it is to do. 

My opinion however.

A quick fix for hatch leaks around the hatch/deck joint is liquid LifeCalk.
It is thin enough that it will find and seal most such leaks.  I used it
around the top edge of the fwd hatch several years ago.  I've since
forgotten about it until reading this thread.  If it ever leaks again,
that'll be the time to remove and rebed.

That interesting Dennis, I also noticed my hatch cover was leaking water 
around the edge where the hump as for anchor chain. Is yours in the same 
spot?
