[C320-list] cleats

The Schaefer cleats at $99 have a quick release while the Garhauer cleats at
$40 have a screw release.  For the $120 difference I can do a lot of
screwing. (:>)

In fact, I have the Garhauer cleats and have never felt burdened by having
to unscrew/screw them to move.  I hardly ever move them.
