[C320-list] Problems ordering Catalina parts?

I've had the same problem.  Ordered from someone named Dani.  She confirmed
that she got my order, credit card info, etc.  Two months later and I still
have nothing.  I also haven't gotten any more responses to my follow-up.  I
think that she's in Florida.

Has anyone encountered problems lately in ordering parts from Catalina
in Florida? I've tried for a month now to order 2 simple parts for my boat.
I've emailed the parts man (Ken at Catalinayachts.com) 3 times with my request
(including part numbers), and I've called 4 times and got an acknowledgment
my emails arrived. But, I can't get a someone to reply and  process the
order. Any suggestions on speeding up the parts ordering process at
Catalina?
