[C320-list] Problems ordering Catalina parts?

Thanks  for all the input on ordering parts. I will use my best prose and offer gifts..... Will let you all know how it works.
Found out the Ken is in Florida and Kent  is in California.

I agree; I've found them very helpful and friendly.  Start with a phone call and 
let them know that you are following up with an email.  Use a good and 
informative topic for the subject line.  I don't have notes in front of me, but 
I think his name (in FL) is Kent, not Ken.

knowledgeable, and the parts came quickly.
