[C320-list] Problems ordering Catalina parts?

I believe Kent and Dani are in CA. In Florida, Warren Pandy is the GM and
Ellie Quinn is parts manager.  I've had good and bad experience with CA
parts, and nothing but good with Florida.  The latest issue with CA was
resolved quickly after I said I would write a letter to Frank Butler.  Make
sure you know whether you are dealing with CA or FL, then contact them
directly and be persistent:

BTW, Walt, where are you on Middle River?  We and another 320 are at
Maryland Marina.

Has anyone encountered problems lately in ordering parts from Catalina
in Florida? I've tried for a month now to order 2 simple parts for my boat.
I've emailed the parts man (Ken at Catalinayachts.com) 3 times with my request
(including part numbers), and I've called 4 times and got an acknowledgment
my emails arrived. But, I can't get a someone to reply and  process the
order. Any suggestions on speeding up the parts ordering process at
Catalina?
