Jim,  Good luck with finding someone who is at least 60 years old to do the repair.  That age group folk were brought up to repair things ---not toss and replace---yes, I fall in that group and we have a lot of old things that still work, perhaps better than the new things.  Our 320 is hull #219 and is currently for sale---when the sales broker inspected the boat he commented that we should ask 15 % more than normal because of the great condition.  An "older" repair person can do a good job and save you some money.  Ken, #219
