Hi Dave,

Heather & I keep a 5500 BTU air conditioner in there, face butts up to the 
pass through. (We removed the door, and made a wooden shelf for it to sit 
on) Condensate runs into the bilge. Keeps the aft berth nice and cool on 86 
degree nights like tonight. We also keep extra fenders in it.
