[C320-list] fresh water pump

Hi All.

My fresh water tanks are full.  I turn my battery is "on".  When I switch the water pump toggle switch to "on", and have the galley sink faucet open, I hear the pump working, I get a trickle of water and then about 10 seconds later the circuit breaker pops.  Is this a pump problem, an electrical problem, a problem with a blockage in the line somewhere, or something else?  Any ideas?
