[C320-list] New Headsail Questions

Bottom of factory jib comes almost down to the deck level 

 

1. If I have a sail made that has a bottom 2' to 3' above the deck, will I
sacrifice a bunch of speed, or can the sail be designed in such a way that I
have the same effective sail area?

 

2. Would anyone have the dimensions of the custom C-320 jib replacement said
that they had made?
