[C320-list] Genoa Track Car

I have #98, a 1994 320, with a flat spot on the block wheel of the Genoa
track car.  It looks like the sheet has just wore a groove in the deepest
part of the block.  I looked for a manufacturer marking on the car and
couldn't find any.  The stainless steel car is in good shape but I need to
replace the composite wheel that the sheet rides on.  Any help identifying
the manufacturer and/or a source for replacement parts is appreciated.
