[C320-list] racor primary fuel filter

What is the nylon slotted screw on the top of the fuel filter housing for?  I 
can't remember whether this is the bleed screw or the bolt is the bleed vent. 
Also, Yanmar recommends that the primary filter be 30 u but mine boat came with 
a 10 u filter. No problems with the 10  but just curious since the fuel rate is 
listed a different in the Racor informtion.
