Yes, "C" is the correct model indicator in the Hull ID number for all Catalina 
320 boats.

Catalina boat Hull ID Numbers should begin "CTY" indicating Catalina (or "CPE" 
for Catalina Capri).

The next character indicates the boat model. All C320 boats have the model "C". 
Other examples of boat model indicators are:
  B = C270
  D = Capri (CPE Manufacturer code)
  K = C-25
  H = C-22
  L = C-27
  N = C-30
  R = C-36
  T = C-42
