[C320-list] racor primary fuel filter

Yea I know.  The hand pump is the one with the knurled plastic knob.  However, there is another recessed nylon screw next to the hand pump.  That is the one that I am not sure what it does.  I was guessing that this is the one Jim Brown was also asking about.
