There is a separate gasket for the secondary. It does not come with the
filter--

It was. Also is there a gasket in the secondary fuel filter and if so should
it 
be replaced each time? It does not come with the filter. I suspect it has a 
separate part number.

Yea I know.  The hand pump is the one with the knurled plastic knob.
However, 
there is another recessed nylon screw next to the hand pump.  That is the
one 
that I am not sure what it does.  I was guessing that this is the one Jim
Brown 
was also asking about.
