[C320-list] Fw: The time has come

Dear all,
   I knew this time in our life would come, however it seems about 10 years earlier than expected.  Things change and we need to move forward--soooo, with some misgivings, we plan to list the boat OBUOY for sale tomarrow with Rick at Cedar Mills Marina, Texas.
   The boat, as most of you know, is a very clean Hull #219 Catalina 320.  We purchased the boat new and have had it at Texoma all of its life.  We have maintained the boat the best we could and Rick suggested raising the price about 15% above normal when he saw the condition it was in--YEA, that helps with his commission.
   If anyone knows of anyone looking for a Catalina 320 that has always been a fresh water boat--please have them contact me or Rick pronto.
