[C320-list] Looking for a C-320 on the west coast.

Gene, do not worry about responding to the 'group'---we have been together for many years and at least any comment on this web will be met with one or more opinions or comments.  We all want the best for folk who sail our 320's--basically, we are family and want to help all who own a 320.  We all have opinions or attitudes (some of which are correct).  The fresh water boat I own has been with the 320 group since it was founded. It is for sale only because we do not use it as much as we did in the past and I want someone to sail her as we used to do.

If you want to sail it 'home' up the west coast, we could have it delivered to San Diego along IH-10 or to San Francisco if you like--just let us know.   smile--Ken Cathey, OBUOY #219

Hey Ken:  thanks for responding.  OBUOY sounds like it's in great shape and
a good price, is shallow draft (a major consideration) and low engine hours.
All very positive.  But we're still hoping we can find a boat we can sail
home (Washington State) rather than ship, if at all possible.  We just had a
half hour discussion on this issue after reading your email, which is to say
we had a nice argument.  Our son just graduated from UT Austin law school or
we'd use a visit to Austin as an excuse to look at OBUOY.  But he's in Miami
now.....

So, we're filing your email in our "potential boats" category.  We've
promised ourselves we will get a boat by next spring/summer.  So we may miss
out.

thanks again,

gene and judy
