[C320-list] Traveler-end Turning Blocks Seized

Mast came down this morning but I only saw replies this afternoon or I would
have dealt with it today. So the plan - attempt a soap and hot water
application with gentle force to get the blocks turning, then go forward
scheduled lube of all the blocks. Looks like I can attempt this on Friday.
I will then live happily temporarily.
