[C320-list] Rust and Marlube

Years ago someone on 320 group recommended a lubricant for seacocks. We bought it and put it on before splash. It works great. Unfortunately, it's on the boat, on the hard, in FL until Nov. We are back in StL, sans boat :-( until Nov.

You should be looking in there occasionally if for no other reason than to check oil and coolant level; seacocks could be exercised then. Just good preventive maintenance. However if we find the right Marlube I'd use it.

During the season I'm only away from the boat a maximum of five days at a time. I know that it could sink in five days but I guess that is why I have insurance.
