[C320-list] raising main

I use a winch and it is still a good effort to take it to the top.

Having said that, check the area around the headboard and be sure there is nothing worn that might be creating even more friction. Also take a close look at the mast to be sure it's true and isn't been bent slightly from unequal force on the stays. I'm assuming you've lubed the track.
