[C320-list] Anchor Recovery with Winch

The C320 has provisions for two anchors: one on the bow roller (a 33 lb. Bruce in my case), and second anchor stored in locker (22 Danforth WM). There is a single winch, which is more or less in line with the bow roller. Recovering first anchor (Bruce) is straight forward. It pulls in directly and is secured on the bow roller. But the second anchor (Danforth) can’t use the bow roller lead since that is now occupied with the other anchor. A snatch block could be attached to the stem plate to provide the proper lead of the rope portion of the rode, but chain will not go through the snatch block, requiring chain and anchor to be retrieved by hand, which can be hard on old backs, especially where there is a lot of chain and water is relatively deep.

Is there an easier/better way to launch and retrieve both anchors so that the winch does it’s job completely, and thus not dumping the heavy chain/anchor portion of lifting on my back?
