[C320-list] Xantrex Truecharge 2 fault

My charger panel lights have a solid "Fault" LED and a flashing "AC" LED. Sometimes the "Fault" is flashing as well.  The Xantrex manual says this indicates an AC input fault. I measure 118 volts coming in so it's within range. Also, the LinkPro is showing only 98.6% charge despite being plugged to shore power for 3 days. I have flooded batteries that the water levels are correct.

Any suggestions as to steps to take would be appreciated.
