[C320-list] Water leak

On most boats the forward tank will drain to the rear tank if both valves 
open, with tanks full water will leak from cleanouts on rear tank.

Ok, the new (to me) boat arrived today on a trailer, and gets relaunched 
tomorrow morning. I topped off the water tanks, and the forward tank must 
have been about empty, the stern tank taking very little. Here's the 
problem-the bilge keeps slowly filling up, kicking on the bilge pump. I can 
see a slow trickle entering the art end if the bilge....any ideas?????
