[C320-list] Bow Pulpit replacement question

Does anyone know how the bow pulpit attaches... is it through bolted or screwed in to brass plates molded in deck?
 
We would like to replace a bent one, but the new ones available have a different footprint by about one or more inches in some of the dimensions.  In looking at how to remove it, if it is through bolted there appears to be no access other than cuttiing holes in the anchor well.
