Ah, never do this....

...without first attaching your anchor chain and securing the other end to the boat.

Then it should perform as designed.

My FLYBACK 20-3 charger died.
At first it overcharged, then no ouput at all.
Unable to contact Professional Mariner on the phone number listed
(805-644-1886).
Any suggestions on how to repair, or for an alternate charger.
