[C320-list] Windlass upgrade

Consider a tank monitoring system instead and you never again have to fiddle with a valve. The tank drains from forward first then aft. When the aft tank is down to about one-half, we know it is time to refill. There should be an article out on the website on the way I did this on Sea Shadow. We monitor both fresh water tanks and the holding. A truly great upgrade, well worth the many hours it took to run cable.
